E10, the flagship autoclave of the Euronda Pro System range, makes its market début as a completely revamped product that redefines the concept of top-of-the-range autoclaves.

The new E10 is the result of intensive development and optimisation work that has further improved usability, reliability and performance.

Intuitive and immediate

The control interface of the new E10 is another example of innovation with the operator in mind. Completely redesigned with a simple and intuitive logic (and now operated on a 7″ screen, 40% larger than the previous model), it guides the user clearly and immediately, offering quick start-up of cycles via swipe mode and the possibility of customising them in just a few clicks.

LEDs in the handle compartment act as a light guide, providing an immediate visual of the status of the device, and also ensuring better tray visibility when loading and unloading.

Another important new feature is the integrated video tutorials that provide immediate and constant assistance, facilitating small daily maintenance procedures.

User-centric

E10 is tailored to each user: the installation wizard is quick and easy, the descriptions found beneath the settings are helpful for the user, selecting favourite cycles on the main screen speeds up start-up, the swipe mode makes cycle selection and start-up immediate, and the notification system reports errors, guiding the user towards resolutions and routine maintenance.

Everything in E10 has been designed to be within easy reach: the printer compartment is easily accessible, the porthole can be adjusted at the front of the device, and the door-releasing process has been simplified.

High-performing and reliable

E10 has been developed on the Euronda Pro System shared platform, which guarantees total reliability and secure processes and results over time, thanks to the following features:

• The Modular System simplifies disassembly and maintenance of the autoclave, while the Inspection System enables easy and frequent cleaning.
• The Instant Steam Generator guarantees excellent performance in terms of speed, safety and sterilisation, calibrating consumption according to the load.
• The conductivity meter constantly monitors the water quality, the Dirt Control System ensures operation even in the presence of dirt in the drainage circuit, while the Air-Water Separator and the new Cooling System preserve the pump’s efficiency over time.

E10 has also adopted a new air filter system that prevents dirt from entering the autoclave, preserving the internal components and their efficiency over time. The filters are removable with a simple click for immediate cleaning or replacement.

Lastly, E10 is equipped with a vacuum pump and state-of-the-art drying system that guarantee high-performance and silent sterilisation, thus optimising time and consumption.

Connected and traceable

E10 simplifies day-to-day work when it comes to sterilisation data management and archiving, thanks to the integrated digital and paper-based traceability systems.

In compliance with EN 13060, all sterilisation cycles are saved on a USB stick and can be transferred to a PC via Ethernet or a Wi-Fi connection.

The cycle archive is easily accessible and searchable via the interface, with the possibility of generating a convenient PDF summary containing all the information on the cycles performed.

E10 offers the choice of 3 different printers to guarantee paper traceability: an internal printer with thermal paper, an internal printer with self-adhesive labels and an external printer with self-adhesive labels. Data or a barcode can be printed on the labels.

Finally, E10, just like all the other connected devices in the Pro System range, allows the free E-Memory software to be used to store, manage and trace all cycles and sterilisation data directly on a PC.

The NEW E10 is available in both 18 and 24 litre models.
