Some stuff about delivery
We aim to dispatch orders no later than the first working day after we receive them. If you need your items urgently, call the Sales Team on 0800 367 336 to check that we can send your parcel the same day.
Standard delivery is handled by the NZ Post ParcelPost service with a target of 2-3 days delivery.
If you need overnight delivery, select the CourierPost option when you checkout. CourierPost has a target of overnight delivery to most locations within NZ.
Rural Delivery is handed over by CourierPost to your local Rural Delivery driver and delivery times vary.
